Pick a channel and respond fast with full context
The Inbox is where your team handles day-to-day conversations. Learn the layout, how to switch channels, and how notifications help you jump into the right chat instantly.
1. Understanding the layout
Open Inbox to see your conversation list and the active chat room. The layout is designed for speed—so you can scan, open, and reply without losing context.

2. Switch channels from the inbox
The Inbox is one page, but you’ll choose a channel from the Inbox channel dropdown (WhatsApp / Telegram / Live Chat). This keeps the interface clean and focused—especially during busy hours.

3. Notifications open the correct conversation
New messages appear as notifications. When you click a notification item, Sentinel will open the Inbox and jump directly into the correct conversation—so you can respond immediately.
