Contacts
Save customers, add tags, and initiate messages
Contacts help your team stay organized and start conversations proactively.
1. Add a contact
Go to Contacts, click Add Contact, and fill in the customer details you want to store.

2. Use tags to categorize contacts
Add one or more tags to categorize customers (for example: VIP, Sales Lead, Support). Tags help agents quickly understand context before replying.

3. Initiate a message (WhatsApp / Telegram)
If a contact is saved, you can start a new conversation without waiting for the customer to message first. Open Inbox, choose a channel, then click the + button and select the contact you want to message.
