AI Setup

Top up AI wallet, upload knowledge, and enable auto-replies

AI auto-replies use your knowledge base content to answer repetitive questions consistently. This section explains the full setup flow—from wallet funding to enabling auto-replies and controlling AI per conversation.

1. Top up your AI wallet

Open AI → Wallet, top up your balance, complete payment, then wait until it’s approved. Once approved, your AI wallet becomes active and ready to use.
