Common issues and quick fixes

If something isn’t working as expected, start here. Most issues are caused by connectivity, domain restrictions, or inactive plan status.

1. Messages not arriving

Check your channel status in Platforms. If it shows disconnected, reconnect and send a test message again. Also confirm your device/app connection is stable.

2. Widget not showing on your website

Confirm your domain is listed in Allowed Domains, and make sure the embed snippet is placed before </body>. If the widget still doesn’t appear, check the browser console for script errors.

3. Plan / license is not active yet

If certain features are locked or you can’t access the dashboard properly, check your plan and payment approval status. Your license becomes active only after payment is approved.
