Add Members

Invite agents to your business workspace

Add teammates so you can collaborate on the same inbox with proper access control.

1. Open Human Agent

Go to Dashboard → Human Agent.

2. Make sure the user already has an account

The user you invite should already have a Sentinel account (registered with the same email you’re inviting).

3. Invite a member

Click Invite Member, enter their email, and pick a role.

4. Member joins by logging in

Once they log in, your business workspace appears in their workspace list and they can contribute based on their role.
